Carnival terms of use

1. Who operates the site

These terms govern your use of toboggancarnival.com ("Toboggan Carnival", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of toboggancarnival.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can take part

Toboggan Carnival is only for users aged 19 or over. When you use it, you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Carnival coins

• The games use virtual coins that are given out at no charge.
• Carnival coins hold no monetary value and count as neither money, credit nor property.
• Coins can’t be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in the app.
• No prize with real-world value is ever handed out at the carnival.
• We can change or reset coins, levels and features on any ground at any time.

4. No real-money gambling at the carnival

Toboggan Carnival does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and it never links to gambling operators.

5. Carnival accounts

• The ice square and the snow castle, the two grounds beyond the open toboggan run, need a free account. Only one account per person, and accounts may not be shared.
• Don’t share your password. If someone else has used your account, tell us right away.
• You can delete your account from your account page whenever you wish. Deletion happens instantly and can’t be reversed.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe is held by someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account rather than to you as property, and they can be reset.

6. Riding fairly at the carnival

Don’t try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Opening hours and limits on our liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The laws behind these terms

The laws of the Province of Ontario, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, govern these carnival terms.
